在煤层气井前期的开采开发过程中,燃油、燃气发电机作为主要动力设备,起到了非常重要的作用。发电机组是一种将机械能转化为电能的电力设备。它具有效率高、造价低、使用和维护方便,能实现远距离控制等优点。发电机组通常分为直流发电机组和交流发电机组两大类。在使用过程中,发电机组时而发生各类故障及安全事故。本论文结合现场使用特性,分析了引起发电机组着火的原因和预防火灾的有效措施。
In the early exploitation and development of coalbed methane wells, fuel and gas generators play a very important role as the main power plant. Generators are electrical devices that convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, easy to use and maintain, remote control and so on. Generators are usually divided into DC generator and AC generator two categories. During use, various faults and safety accidents occur in the generator set. Combining the characteristics of on-site use, this paper analyzes the causes of ignition of genset and the effective measures to prevent fire.
