少林七星拳原系少林经典七星门的看家拳法之一,又名“七星小架”。与长护心意门、六合拳同属小架拳类,素有子母拳之称。七星拳短小精悍,精巧敏变,借力打力,力拔千钧。尤其是手型、手法、身型、身法、步型、步法均要求有高深之功底。歌诀曰“步如鸡形头似猿,身似蛟龙意在天。藏有千斤有余力,借力换打在瞬间。牛卧之地展身手,精巧敏变七星拳。”
