本文对50个大麦原始材料的7个数量性状进行了遗传距离的测定。通过对材料的主成分分析,初选了13个性状较好的亲本材料,根据材料间遗传距离大小,将50个材料分为9个类群。提出遗传距离可以作为大麦杂交亲本选配的依据是,亲本选配应当在类间距离大于平均类间距离的类群间进行,同时,也应考虑7个数量性状以外的其它重要性状。
In this paper, the genetic distance of seven quantitative traits of 50 barley raw materials was determined. According to the principal component analysis of the material, 13 parent materials with good traits were selected primaries, and 50 materials were divided into 9 groups according to the genetic distance between materials. It is suggested that the genetic distance can be used as the matching candidate for barley parents. The selection of parents should be carried out among the groups whose distance between them is greater than that of the average ones. At the same time, other important traits should be considered besides the seven quantitative traits.
