目前普通高校国防生教育在课程设置方面存在着诸多与现代教育发展不相适应的问题。一是课程设置结构刚性化,培养模式缺乏灵活性,学生的本科专业学习与部队实际应用结合不紧密。二是通识课与军政课在课程设置上存在着内容重复或课程类似的现象,这种设置占总课程的40%。由此,造成国防生课程低水平的增加,重复课程设置致使国防生学习负担重,教与学两方面都存在肤浅化的趋势。三是军政训练课程在学时、学分和考试类别上全国普通高校设置不统一,各校各行其是。四是缺少贴近军事人才培养的选修课模块。本文对创新国防生课程设置、推动国防生教育进行了初步探讨。
