本文共分六个部分对仪表用弹性合金的应力腐蚀和氢脆作了简要的叙述。这六个部分是:一、仪表用弹性合金的工作应力问题;二、应力腐蚀和氢脆的定义;三、特征;四、机理;五、试验方法;六、预防。应力腐蚀和氢脆都属于在力学负荷下的金属材料腐蚀问题。因此,文章第一部分分析了弹性合金在使用中的工作应力问题,提出了可能遇到的五种应力。作者认为这五种应力中起主导作用的是正常条件下的工作应力,而危害性较大的是偶然性应力。这两种应力与腐蚀环境的共存,使合金遭受到一种介于应力腐
This article is divided into six parts on the instrument with a flexible alloy stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement for a brief description. The six parts are: First, the work of the instrument with the elastic stress problems; Second, the definition of stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement; Third, the characteristics; Fourth, the mechanism; Fifth, the test method; Sixth, prevention. Stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement are all metal material corrosion problems under mechanical load. Therefore, the first part of the article analyzes the working stress of the elastic alloy in use and proposes five kinds of stresses that may be encountered. The author thinks that the five kinds of stress play a leading role in the working stress under normal conditions, and the more harmful is the contingency stress. The coexistence of these two stresses with the corrosive environment causes the alloy to suffer from stress corrosion
