应用催化动力学法测定痕量金已有报导,文献中有研究汞的催化光度法,由于金的存在使汞的催化活性增加。有人以甲酸缓冲溶液为还原剂作金的催化光度法,灵敏度并不高。本文经试验,加入一定量汞盐,同样能使金的活性得到增强。能测出0.0001~0.01μg/ml痕量的金,灵敏度较前者要高两个数量级,又从甲酸和磷钼酸的浓度关系,确定为一级反应。
The use of catalytic kinetic method for the determination of trace gold has been reported. There are studies in the literature for the catalytic spectrophotometry of mercury, which increases the catalytic activity of mercury due to the presence of gold. Some people take formic acid buffer solution as reductant for gold catalytic spectrophotometry, the sensitivity is not high. This article has been tested, adding a certain amount of mercury salts, the same gold activity can be enhanced. The ability to measure trace amounts of gold from 0.0001 to 0.01 μg / ml is two orders of magnitude higher than the former, and is determined as a first order reaction from the concentration of formic acid and phosphomolybdic acid.
