自古以来,广泛流传着一种说法:“清官难断家务事。”我们民事工作所接触的婚姻、家庭纠纷,也就是群众所说的“家务事”。这可能是有些同志不愿搞民事审判工作的主要原因。真的“清官难断家务事”吗?家务事难断,我们承认,但决不是断不了。一年来我们处理了民事纷纠96件,有夫妻不和、婆媳相争的,也有弟兄争产、父子打架的。实践告诉我们,“家务事”也有它的规律性,只要我们深入实际,依靠群众,调查研究,从家庭纠纷的一团乱麻
