将受激Raman增益光谱学(SRGS)与高灵敏的光热干涉探测方法结合起来,获得一种新的非线性激光光谱技术一光热干涉Raman光谱法(PIRS)。该方法用比较简单的仪器就可以实现0~4000cm~(-1)范围内的光谱检测,适用于大气中微量污染气体的分析。
By combining the stimulated Raman gain spectroscopy (SRGS) with the highly sensitive photothermal interference detection method, a new non-linear laser spectroscopy-PIRS method is obtained. The method can realize the spectrum detection in the range of 0-4000cm -1 with a relatively simple instrument and is suitable for the analysis of trace polluted gases in the atmosphere.
