目的 研究bcl 2、p16和nm 2 3基因在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测bcl 2、p16和nm2 3基因在 82例肺癌组织中的表达并结合肺癌的临床病理学特征及预后情况进行分析。结果 肺癌中存在bcl 2基因超量表达和 p16基因表达下调 ,bcl 2基因表达与肺癌的TNM分期有关 ,p16基因表达与肺癌的分化程度、TNM分期及预后有关 ,nm2 3基因表达与肺癌的转移和预后有关 ,bcl 2与 p16基因、p16与nm2 3基因在肺癌中常联合表达。结论 ①bcl 2基因超量表达与 p16基因表达下调在肺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。②p16和nm2 3基因表达可作为判断肺癌预后的较强因子。③nm2 3基因表达水平是预测肺癌转移潜力的可靠指标。④多基因联合检测对判断肺癌的生物学行为和预后更有意义
Objective To study the expression of bcl 2, p16 and nm 2 3 in lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2, p16 and nm23 in 82 lung cancer tissues and to analyze the clinicopathological features and prognosis of lung cancer. Results The overexpression of bcl 2 gene and down-regulation of p16 gene expression were found in lung cancer. The expression of bcl 2 gene was related to the TNM stage of lung cancer. The expression of p16 gene was related to the differentiation, TNM stage and prognosis of lung cancer. And prognosis, bcl 2 and p16 genes, p16 and nm23 gene often associated with lung cancer expression. Conclusion ① Overexpression of bcl 2 gene and down-regulation of p16 gene play an important role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. ②p16 and nm23 gene expression can be used as a strong factor to determine the prognosis of lung cancer. ③nm2 3 gene expression level is a reliable indicator of lung cancer metastasis potential. ④ multi-gene joint detection of lung cancer to determine the biological behavior and prognosis of more meaningful
