基于动网格的单作用滑片泵流量特性分析

采用CFD动网格技术和编译自定义函数,并结合SSTk -ε湍流模型对单作用滑片泵泵内部流场进行非定常数值模拟,得到了在不同输送介质和泵体结构下,泵内部瞬时流量和监测点压力脉动情况,并分析了流量脉动产生的原因.结果表明:动网格技术模拟结果可清晰地描述工作腔内部的瞬时流量和压力的变化情况;合理设计配流盘转角和V型槽的结构,可有效地控制瞬时流量脉动和压力脉动;随着滑片数的增加,瞬时流量脉动幅度有减小的趋势,选取奇数滑片更有利于泵流量的稳定;输送介质的体积弹性模量也是影响流量特性的重要因素之一.
