2004年全市十区房屋交易总量为1969.14万平方米,交易金额789.58亿元,分别比2003年增加20.15%和30.74%,市场总体需求依然保持旺盛,商品房供应量增长有所放缓,二手房屋交易保持大幅增长,楼价稳中有升。
In 2004, the total transaction volume of ten districts in the whole city was 19,691,400 square meters with a transaction amount of 78,958 million yuan, up by 20.15% and 30.74% over 2003 respectively.
