目的 :探讨1.5T磁共振成像在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法 :抽取2015年1月—2017年1月间来我院诊治的膝关节损伤患者280例,对其磁共振检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果:经磁共振诊断为骨质改变192例,韧带损伤181例,半月板损伤179例,关节腔积液280例,均经临床检查、关节镜或手术证实,准确率100%。结论:磁共振检查能够精确地反映出膝关节的损伤部位、病理变化及其病变程度,能够为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠合理的科学依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods: A total of 280 patients with knee joint injuries treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected for retrospective analysis of their magnetic resonance imaging findings. Results: There were 192 cases of bone change, 181 cases of ligament injury, 179 cases of meniscus injury and 280 cases of synovial fluid. All cases were clinically confirmed by arthroscopy and surgery, and the accuracy was 100%. Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging can accurately reflect the injury site, pathological changes and degree of lesions of knee joint, which can provide reliable and reasonable scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
