In the past, “innovation” has almost become a slogan that lacks “creativity.” The question is whether we do not want to innovate, or do we not know how to innovate? The responsibilities of the company’s top managers are to propose innovation, or to organize and evaluate innovations. Innovation is just a slogan. We all know that in today’s changing world, companies do not continue to update themselves. Will be difficult to sustain. The survey shows that 90% of large companies are committed to innovation. In their recent annual reports or senior executives’ speeches, innovation is considered as a core capability of the company. However, when we asked the employees of these companies to describe their enterprise innovation system, almost no one can clearly explain. And when we asked them: “Innovation is a slogan or an actual action?” The overwhelming majority of people answered: “It is a slogan, but there is still no real action” How do we explain this phenomenon of non-compliance?
