抗战期间 ,查有通敌实据的国民党文职中委、候补中委、中监委、候补中监委共 15人 ,附逆的副部级、省厅级文官更不可胜数。投敌的国民政府高级文官从派系上讲 ,以改组派和 CC为主 ;从职务上讲 ,主要集中在外交部、实业部、交通部、铁道部、内政部、行政院、省厅级行政单位以及江苏上海国民党部。就投敌的改组派文官而言 ,其投敌原因主要有 :(1)改组派与蒋介石之间存在尖锐矛盾。 (2 )改组派内部在一定范围内存在“荣辱与共”的政治利益关系。就投敌的 CC派文官而言 ,其投敌原因主要有 :(1) CC竭力经营的沪、浙、苏三省市是沦陷重灾区。 (2 )汪精卫为维持“党统”对 CC极尽拉拢之能事。 During the war of resistance against Japan, the Kuomintang Central Committee, the alternate Central Committee, the Central Commission of Surumeration and the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the CPC screened against the enemy for a total of 15 people.
