以艾维菌成年公鸡为试验对象 ,采用真代谢能 (TME)法研究湖北省 8种早稻糙米营养物质的利用率及代谢能值并与玉米比较。结果表明 ,8种早稻糙米的物质、粗脂肪和总能的表现利用率和真利用率平均分别为 83.15 %和 85 .93%、94 .6 7%和 95 .0 3%、93.37%和 95 .71% ,高于玉米 (P <0 .0 1) ,粗蛋白的表观利用率和真利用率平均分别为 4 8.37%和 5 2 .92 % ,显著高于玉米 (P <0 .0 5 )。苏氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸的表观利用率和真利用率平均为 79.32 %和 79.4 9%、83.5 4%和 83.6 8%、81.13%和 81.30 %、83.5 1%和 83.6 3%、82 .0 2 %和 82 .19%、82 .4 8%和 82 .6 2 %、90 .88%和 90 .92 % ,高于玉米 (P <0 .0 1) ,胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的表观利用率和真利用率平均分别为 80 .16 %和 80 .6 5 %、72 .76 %和 72 .91% ,显著高于玉米 (P <0 .0 5 )。表观代谢能和真代谢能值均高于玉米 ,分别为 16 .38MJ kg和 16 .6 8MJ kg。其中表观代谢能与玉米间差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;除鄂早 6号 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,真代谢能与玉米间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。糙米的营养价值相当于或高于玉米 ,是一种良好的能量饲料。
The results showed that the use of true metabolism (TME) method to study the utilization rate and metabolizable energy of eight kinds of early rice brown rice in Hubei Province compared with corn. The apparent and true utilization rates of cystine and methionine were 80.16% and 80.65%, 72.76% and 72.91% respectively %, Significantly higher than corn (P <0.05). The apparent metabolizable energy and true metabolizable energy were higher than maize, which were 16.38MJ kg and 16.68MJ kg, respectively. There was significant difference between apparent metabolizable energy and maize (P <0.01). Except for E-Zao 6 (P> 0.05), the difference between true metabolizable energy and maize was significant (P <0.05) . Brown rice nutritional value equivalent to or higher than corn, is a good energy feed.
