CNC(计算机数字控制)机床图形编程中,刀具轨迹算法最为关键.本文针对二维轮廓零件的加工特点,利用图形编程理论,提出了一种CNC机床加工中二维零件的刀具轨迹算法:根据刀具偏置方向确定刀心坐标点,再采用零圆弧等距法得到二维零件轮廓的等距线.这种算法通用性好,算法简单.
