对α -烯烃聚合制备润滑油基础油的新型催化剂进行了研究。考察了NiSO4 /γ -Al2 O3、NiSO4 /β -沸石、NiSO4 /SiO2 对α -烯烃催化作用及表现出的性能。并根据新型聚合催化剂的研究和XRD、溴价分析 ,对聚合反应的工艺条件进行了考察。反应结果表明 ,NiSO4 /β -沸石催化剂具有反应活性高 ,选择性、稳定性、再生性好及反应温度、反应压力低等优点 ,是较好的新一代α -烯烃聚合催化剂。同时载体经水蒸气预处理 ,酸性有所变化 ,催化剂的各项性能均有显著的提高 ,产品具有较好的粘度和较低的溴价。最佳反应条件 :反应温度 1 70℃ ,反应压力 4 .0~ 5.0MPa ,体积空速 0 .5h
A new catalyst for the preparation of lubricating base oil from α - olefins was studied. The catalytic activity and performance of NiSO4 / γ-Al2O3, NiSO4 / β-zeolite and NiSO4 / SiO2 for α-olefin were investigated. According to the new polymerization catalyst and XRD, Bromine price analysis, the polymerization process conditions were investigated. The reaction results show that the NiSO4 / β - zeolite catalyst is a good new generation α - olefin polymerization catalyst with the advantages of high reactivity, selectivity, stability, good regenerability, reaction temperature and low reaction pressure. At the same time, the carrier has been pretreated by steam, the acidity has changed, the performance of the catalyst has been significantly improved, the product has better viscosity and lower bromine price.
