冷镦机各工位的冷镦力计算为冷镦机各部件的设计提供重要的设计参数。传统的冷镦力计算可以通过经验公式或实验得到,经验公式简单但是不精确,实验方式精确但是需要花费大量的时间以及人力、物力。基于有限元软件ABAQUS对冷镦机在镦制6 mm凹穴六角头螺栓时的各工位进行动力学分析,求得静模中各工位材料对动模的应力以及反作用力,然后把各工位的反作用力进行叠加,得到冷镦机镦制6 mm凹穴六角头螺栓时的最大冷镦力。
Cold heading machine cold heading force calculation of the various parts of the cold heading machine design provides important design parameters. Traditional calculation of cold heading force can be obtained through empirical formula or experiment. The empirical formula is simple but inaccurate, the experiment method is accurate but it takes a lot of time and human and material resources. Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, the dynamic analysis of each station of the upsetting machine in upsetting the 6 mm socket head hexagonal bolt was carried out, and the stress and reaction force of each station material on the moving die in the static mold were obtained. Then, Work station reaction force superposition, get the upsetting upsetting 6 mm concave hexagon head bolt when the maximum cold heading force.
