本文报告了1991年我们对辖区不同年龄人群血清破伤风抗体水平的调查。一、不同年龄组人群TAT水平:本次对辖区八县(市)四区1～39岁人群监测血清破伤风抗体887人,TAT检出率79.71%,保护率为74.75%,GMT为0.0027IU/ml,三者均以8岁以下年龄组为高。18岁以上年龄组GMT达不到保护水平。经对检出率、保护率统计学处理8岁以下各年龄组与13岁以上各年龄组相互对比,μ值均>1.96,p<0.05,有显著性差异,而8岁以下年龄组间比较,1
This article reports on our 1991 survey of serum tetanus antibodies against people of different ages in our jurisdiction.
