目的调查广西中年人便秘的发病率,探讨饮食因素对便秘发病率的影响,为预防中年人便秘提供饮食方面的建议。方法主要在广西地区对45~59岁的中年人群发放问卷进行调查,采用RomⅡ标准判断有无便秘,用自行设计的影响便秘的饮食因素调查表进行调查,报告45~59岁的中年人群的便秘发病率。结果共回收有效问卷475份。中年人便秘的发病率为38.74%,随着主食量、蔬菜水果量的增加,便秘率有下降的趋势(P<0.05)。不同主食种类或饮水量的人群,便秘率相差不大(P>0.05)。结论便秘的发病率与主食量及蔬菜水果量有密切关系。合理的饮食结构对预防便秘有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the incidence of constipation in middle-aged people in Guangxi and to explore the influence of dietary factors on the incidence of constipation and provide suggestions for preventing constipation in middle-aged people. Methods The questionnaire was mainly distributed in middle-aged 45- to 59-year-olds in Guangxi. The Rom II criteria were used to determine the presence or absence of constipation. The self-designed dietary factors questionnaire affecting constipation was used to investigate the middle-aged population aged 45-59 years Constipation incidence. Results A total of 475 valid questionnaires were collected. The incidence of constipation in middle age was 38.74%. With the increase of staple food and the amount of fruits and vegetables, the constipation rate tended to decrease (P <0.05). Different staple food groups or drinking water crowd, constipation rate or less (P> 0.05). Conclusions The incidence of constipation is closely related to the amount of staple food and the amount of fruits and vegetables. A reasonable diet to prevent constipation has a positive meaning.
