利用高液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术,建立了HPLC-ICP-MS法快速有效测定纺织品中三种有机锡化合物(二丁基氯化锡DBT、三丁基氯化锡TBT、三苯基氯化锡TPh T)的方法。在40.0μL进样量下,DBT、TPh T、TBT的检出限分别0.18μg/L、0.20μg/L、0.33μg/L,在加标浓度3.0μg/L~24.9μg/L水平下,回收率为80.4%~96.5%,方法精密度为3.1%~6.7%,满足测试要求。应用该方法测定纺织品中有机锡化合物,分析结果满意。
The HPLC-ICP-MS method was developed for the rapid and effective determination of three organotin compounds (dibutyltin chloride DBT, tributyltin chloride TBT, Triphenyltin chloride TPh T) method. The detection limits of DBT, TPh T and TBT were 0.18μg / L, 0.20μg / L and 0.33μg / L respectively at the injection volume of 40.0μL. Under the spiked concentration of 3.0μg / L ~ 24.9μg / L, The recoveries ranged from 80.4% to 96.5%. The precision of the method was from 3.1% to 6.7%, meeting the test requirements. The method was applied to the determination of organotin compounds in textiles, and the results were satisfactory.
