目的:观察强肝消脂胶囊对肝损伤动物模型的影响。方法:制备乙硫氨酸造成小鼠脂肪肝模型,复合因素致大鼠肝硬化动物模型和乙醇致小鼠肝损伤模型等三种模型,观察药物的作用效果。结果:强肝消脂胶囊能抑制乙硫氨酸造成脂肪肝小鼠体内肝组织中TG含量明显降低,增加血中β-脂蛋白含量,减轻肝组织的损伤程度;也能降低复合因素致大鼠血清中升高的ALT、AST和β-脂蛋白和肝组织中羟脯氨酸,升高肝组织中糖原的含量;强肝消脂胶囊能降低乙醇肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、CHO、TG含量和肝组织中过氧化脂质(MDA)的含量。结论:强肝消脂胶囊具有肝保护作用,可预防脂肪肝,防止肝损伤和肝硬化的发生和发展。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qiang Gan Xiao Zhi Capsule on animal models of hepatic injury. METHODS: Three models of mouse liver cirrhosis model induced by ethionine-induced fatty liver in mice, compound-induced liver cirrhosis in rats and ethanol-induced liver injury in mice were observed to observe the effects of drugs. RESULTS: Qiang Gan Xiao Zhi Capsule inhibited the TG content in liver tissue of mice with fatty liver caused by ethionine significantly decreased, increased the content of β-lipoprotein in blood, reduced the degree of liver tissue damage, and also reduced the compounding factor. Elevated ALT, AST, and β-lipoprotein in rat serum and hydroxyproline in liver tissue increase the content of glycogen in liver tissue; Qiang Gan Xiao Zhi Capsule can reduce serum ALT, CHO levels in mice with liver injury induced by ethanol , TG content and lipid peroxidation (MDA) content in liver tissue. Conclusion: Qiang Gan Xiao Zhi capsule has liver protective effect, can prevent fatty liver and prevent the occurrence and development of liver injury and liver cirrhosis.
