目的:通过对脂溶性去痴灵入血、入脑化学成分的研究,从体内化学成分的角度准确地确定药效物质基础。方法:采用中药血清药物化学的方法,利用GC-MS技术分析进入血液以及进入脑组织的去痴灵化学成分。结果:初步确定进入血液的脂溶性去痴灵成分为11个;进入脑组织中的脂溶性去痴灵成分为6个。结论:进入血液的脂溶性去痴灵成分分别是β-细辛醚、五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子酯甲、五味子酯乙、五味子酯丙、δ-杜松烯、δ-杜松醇、菖蒲二醇;进入脑组织中的脂溶性去痴灵成分分别是β-细辛醚、五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、菖蒲二醇。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the basis of pharmacodynamic substances from the perspective of chemical composition in vivo by studying the chemical composition of fat-soluble dexterity into the blood. Methods: Using traditional Chinese medicine serum drug chemistry method, using chemical analysis of GC-MS technology to enter the blood and into the brain of dean chemical composition. Results: 11 liposoluble dementia components were initially identified in the blood and 6 liposoluble de-idiotoxin components in the brain. Conclusion: The fat-soluble dementia ingredients entering the blood are β-asarone, Schisandra alcohol A, Schisandra alcohol B, Schisandra A, Schisandrin B, Schisandra ester A, Schisandra B, Schisandra ester C, Terpinene, δ-glucitol, and calamityal diol. The fat-soluble dextrin components entering the brain tissue are β-asarone, schizandrin A, schizandrin B, Schizandrin A, schisandrin B, alcohol.
