International art has been exploring its out of museums or galleries for years. Today’s art is everywhere in the open spaces of the city, and some even appear to be considered non-exhibition grounds, such as in natural landscapes or old industrial areas. This means that no matter wherever you live, you have access to art and learning and understanding of art. Because art has become our neighbor. When art enters public spaces, problems also arise: people living in the area are inextricably linked to the environment around them, and their personal or collective daily habits and memories are subject to new things (art) These public works of art can give people a strong feeling, but also make people resist, because they are to some extent contrary to the local story.
