目的对某化工公司碳四综合利用项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,提出补充措施,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓(强)度达到国家职业卫生标准要求。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表分析法等方法,对试运行期间职业病危害作业人员的职业病危害因素的接触水平、职业病危害防护设施效果以及职业卫生管理措施等进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素有矽尘、甲醇、丁烯、液化石油气、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、二氧化碳、噪声、高温等。各检测点职业病危害因素检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目职业病危害风险类别属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,采取的职业病防护设施基本有效,但在相关措施和管理上还需进一步完善。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on a carbon chemical comprehensive utilization project of a chemical company and propose supplementary measures to make the strong (strong) degree of occupational hazards in the workplace meet the requirements of national occupational health standards. Methods Occupational hazards, exposure to occupational hazards, occupational hazards prevention facilities and occupational health management measures were evaluated by occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and checklist analysis. Results The occupational hazards that may occur in the production process of the project include silica dust, methanol, butylene, liquefied petroleum gas, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, noise, high temperature and so on. The test results of occupational hazards at all testing sites are in line with the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The risk categories of occupational hazards in this project belong to the construction projects with serious occupational disease hazards. The occupational disease protection facilities adopted are basically effective, but they need to be further improved in relevant measures and management.
