圆管胶带输送机是竖井提升煤炭的一种新方法。为了保证满负荷提升,必须提高物料的充填密度。为解决这一问题,作者提出了圆管胶带运输机的气力喂谋系统,它包括物料的粗筛分、发送和除尘装置;综合散料力学、流态化和气力输送理论并结合物料的性质,阐述了系统的发送理论和计算方法。为使发送更可靠,系统中还加置了旋转射流的推进装置。实验表明,系统的发送能力比单纯重力发送时提高近一倍。
