武钢是一个拥有62亿元固定资产、12万职工的特大型钢铁联合企业,并拥有70年代末国际先进水平的一米七轧机系统。1989年,钢、铁、钢材产量均为全国冶金企业第二位,实现利税排列第三,在我国国民经济中具有十分重要的作用。武钢在实践中创造的“质量效益型”发展模式,受到各方面的关注。最近我们对此作了专题调查。
WISCO is an ultra-large iron and steel conglomerate with 6.2 billion yuan in fixed assets and 120,000 employees. It has an advanced-level one-meter-seven-thousand-mill system at the end of the 1970s. In 1989, the output of steel, iron, and steel products was the second largest among the nation’s metallurgical enterprises, ranking third in profits and taxes, and playing a very important role in our national economy. The “quality and efficiency type” development model created by Wuhan Iron and Steel in practice has received attention from various parties. We recently conducted a special survey on this issue.
