我院1999年1月～2000年6月收治子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病36例,本文就其围手术期处理分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 全部病例为我院1999年1月～2000年6月妇科收治的子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病者,占同期子宫肌瘤住院手术的6.56％,年龄最大61岁,最小34岁,平均44岁。入院时明确糖尿病诊断6例,其中Ⅰ型糖尿病4例,其余为住院发现,病程最长12年。晨空腹血糖最高为29.40mmol/L,最低17.06mmol/L,平均21.96mmol/L。4例合并高血压(最高24/
In our hospital from January 1999 to June 2000, 36 cases of uterine fibroids with diabetes were treated. This article analyzes the perioperative management as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information All cases were uterine fibroids with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 1999 to June 2000. They accounted for 6.56% of the hospitalized surgeries of uterine fibroids in the same period. The oldest was 61 years old and the youngest was 34 years old. Average 44 years old. On admission, 6 cases of diabetes were diagnosed, including 4 cases of type I diabetes, and the rest were found in hospital. The longest course of illness was 12 years. The morning fasting blood glucose was highest at 29.40 mmol/L and lowest at 17.06 mmol/L, with an average of 21.96 mmol/L. 4 patients with hypertension (up to 24/
