为提高计算机辅助工艺设计 (CAPP)系统的集成化、实用性和适用性 ,设计了一种基于组件重构的 CAPP框架工具系统。在分析了 CAPP系统研究和应用现状 ,讨论了CAPP工具系统的主要类型及系统特点的基础上 ,提出了基于组件重构的工具系统设计方法 ,并采用基元化理论 ,设计了以功能模块为工具组件构成的组件库。工具组件以软插件的方式 ,根据各种制造环境 ,即插即用地集成于工具系统中。通过对工具组件的重配置和工具组件库的重构 ,实现了适用于特定制造资源的实例化 CAPP集成框架工具系统
In order to improve the integration, practicability and applicability of the CAPP system, a CAPP framework tool system based on component reconfiguration was designed. After analyzing the research and application status of CAPP system and discussing the main types and system features of CAPP tool system, this paper proposes a tool system design method based on component reconfiguration. By using the elementalization theory, Component library component library. Tool components are plug-and-play integrated into the tooling system, depending on the manufacturing environment. Through reconfiguration of tool components and refactoring of tool component libraries, an instantiated CAPP Integrated Framework Tool System for a specific manufacturing resource is implemented
