离子电渗技术作为一种非侵袭性给药方法已经研究了很多年,其作用机制已经广为人们所熟知并以此推动离子电渗给药系统的发展。该技术利用微量电流帮助解离、极性和中性药物分子透过机体屏障。它能够根据患者的自身情况调整治疗方案,这可以减少治疗时蛋白类药物的个体差异,影响药物代谢,进而提高治疗效果。本文综述了近年来离子电渗给药技术的研究进展、影响因素、新的给药途径以及与其他促渗技术的联合应用。
Iontophoresis, a noninvasive drug delivery method, has been studied for many years and its mechanism of action has become well known and is driving the development of iontophoretic drug delivery systems. The technique uses a small amount of current to help dissociate, while polar and neutral drug molecules penetrate the body barrier. It can be adjusted according to the patient’s own treatment programs, which can reduce the individual differences in the treatment of protein drugs, affecting drug metabolism, and thus improve the therapeutic effect. This review summarizes recent advances in iontophoresis, influencing factors, new route of administration, and its combined use with other permeation enhancing technologies.
