本文系统探讨了情感劳动的提出及对员工的影响,指出情感劳动管理需要一些与传统管理区别的方法,最后以美体小铺的经验,指出情感劳动下的组织管理要淡化官僚性,强化情感的自我表达。
This article systematically discusses the proposal of emotional labor and its influence on employees. It points out that emotional labor management needs some methods which are different from traditional management. Finally, based on the experience of Body Shop, it is pointed out that organizational management under emotional labor should dilute bureaucracy and strengthen the emotional Self-expression.
