某些蒽醌吡酮( )衍生物在染料工业中作为分散染料及酸性染料,应用于 合成纤维及动物纤维的染色。我们研究了利用二乙烯酮合成蒽醌吡酮衍生物的方法,在进行 4-澳基3’-乙酰基N-甲基蒽醌吡酮的芳胺化反应时,发现了在芳胺化的同时,吡酮环上乙酰 基发生脱裂的反应。并证实了脱酰基反应是在高温下和酸性物质存在下发生的;芳胺化过程 中放出的澳化氢为引起脱酰化反应的原因。将乙酰基蒽醌吡酮衍生物与稀盐酸一起放在密封 玻璃管内加热,即能发生脱酰化反应。
