在眼科的内眼手术中如:抗青光眼手术、白内障摘除手术、人工晶体植入手术、视网膜脱离手术等,常用的麻醉是球后麻醉,但麻醉过程中易出现麻醉意外,笔者曾遇到3例。为避免麻醉意外,我们自1992年7月起,在内眼手术中采用球周麻醉,未发生意外,现报告如下,供眼科同道们参考。临床资料1992年7月至1993年2月在眼科手术室,共进行球周麻醉病人161例,共178只眼。其中男99例,女62例。年龄24—79岁,平均51.5岁。白内障囊外摘除89眼,白内障囊内摘除术13只眼,抗青光眼虹膜周边切6只眼,小梁切除11只眼,视网膜脱离手术17只限。麻醉效果按Ⅲ级分类法。Ⅰ级:眼轮匝肌完全松弛,眼球固定不动占149只眼为93.1%。Ⅱ级:眼轮匝肌松弛,眼球有轻微运动,眼球及眼
