In recent years, as the founders of family businesses gradually entered the twilight years, Chinese family businesses will usher in the climax of intergenerational inheritance in the next five to ten years. How to successfully achieve the family heritage of family business has also become a hot topic in today’s society. U.S. P&G Corporation has grown from a family-owned company and has developed into a world-renowned public company for more than 170 years. It is a good case study object.
