In this paper, the structure of Ti-Si Pentasil zeolite has been studied. The results of IR and Raman spectra show that there is Ti-O-Si bond vibration in the Ti-Si molecular sieve framework. The paramagnetic resonance spectrum confirms that Ti ~ (4+) is in the distorted tetrahedron environment. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy The titanium in the molecular sieve framework exists in the form of titanyl tetrahedra (TiO 4) ~ (4-). The microanalysis results of the electron probe on the molecular sieve crystals show that the Ti atom is located on the framework of the molecular sieve.
