Israel’s Iscar has acquired three European tool manufacturers, thus strengthening the company’s capacity as a dedicated supplier of metalworking products. Iscar CEO Jacob Harpaz announced the merger at a meeting in Las Vegas with the company’s distributors at the end of April. The three companies are: specializing in the production of standard tools and special tools for reaming, drilling and profiling
