自由浮球式止回阀如图所示。阀芯是一个能自由运动的塑料球,阀座3的锥面与浮球2可良好配合,形成密封。螺孔根据相应规格的法兰进行加工。阀体1内焊接挡条5,使浮球只能在阀座与挡条的空间运动。浮球材料可选用线性低密度聚乙烯或聚四氟乙烯,经注塑成形。其它零件可根据介质选择碳钢、不锈钢、铜等金属材料。此自由浮球式止回阀可用于无固体杂质的气体
