本文着重说明了YDL75型诱导器系列化必须解决的两个主要问题:诱导比与喷咀结构的关系,以及二次盘管湿冷时供冷量的计算问题。 研究结果表明:诱导比n是喷咀射流群互相搭接的高度h0与喷孔直径d0之比的函数。供冷量则取决于析水系数g和热效率η。根据中号盘管整理了的ξ和η的经验公式基本上可以适用于小号和大号,不过计算与实测值有一定的出入,因此还需引入一定的修正系数。
This article focuses on the two main problems that must be solved in the YDL75-type inducer serialization: the relationship between the induction ratio and the nozzle structure, and the calculation of the cooling capacity when the secondary coil is wet. The results of the study show that the induction ratio n is a function of the ratio of the height h0 of the nozzle jet group to the nozzle hole diameter d0. The amount of cooling depends on the coefficient of dehydration g and the thermal efficiency η. The empirical formulas for ξ and η based on the medium coil can basically be applied to small and large scales, but there are certain differences between the calculated and measured values. Therefore, a certain correction factor must be introduced.
