结合开发国产化软件的实践,提出了一种复杂多曲面数控粗加工自动编程获得刀具轨迹的方法,并在CAD/CAM系统中得以实现。在自动编程中,系统将复杂多曲面当作一个整体,采用分层切削方法用一组等距平面分别与该复杂多曲面求交得到一组交线,重组交线得到在二维平面上的边界轮廓,对边界轮廓等距后找出可切削区域,然后采用行切加工方法获得曲面的刀具轨迹。这种方法实现了把复杂多曲面当作一个整体来加工的自动编程方法,使实现的刀具轨迹具有连续性,大大提高了复杂多曲面数控加工的效率。
Combined with the practice of developing localization software, a method of automatic programming of complex multi-surface NC rough machining to obtain tool path is proposed and implemented in CAD / CAM system. In the automatic programming, the system treats the complex multi-surface as a whole, adopts a hierarchical cutting method to intersect with the complex multi-surface with a set of equidistant planes respectively, and reorganizes the intersection to obtain the two-dimensional plane Boundary contours, find the cuttable area equidistant to the boundary contour, and then use the line cut method to get the tool path of the surface. This method realizes the automatic programming method of machining the complex multi-surface as a whole, which makes the realized tool path continuous and greatly improves the efficiency of complex multi-surface NC machining.
