通过对TNT接触与中毒者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定及眼晶体检查,分析了晶体损伤与脂质过氧化的关系。结果显示:TNT接触组与中毒组SOD活性和MDA含量均显著高于对照组,且接触组与中毒组间差异也呈显著性(P<005)。表现为SOD活性接触组高于中毒组,而MDA含量则与之相反。相关分析结果表明,晶体损伤与接触工龄及MDA含量均呈高度正相关(P<001);SOD活性与接触工龄及CAT活性均呈高度负相关(P<001)。提示,TNT所致白内障与接触工龄及脂质过氧化有一定关系。
By measuring the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the TNT exposure and poisoning, the crystal damage and Lipid peroxidation. The results showed that the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in TNT exposure group and poisoning group were significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference between exposure group and poisoning group was also significant (P <005). The SOD activity was higher in the exposure group than in the poisoning group, while the MDA content was the opposite. Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly positive correlation between crystal damage and the length of service and the content of MDA (P <001). The activity of SOD was highly negatively correlated with the length of service and CAT activity (P <001). Tip, TNT induced cataract and length of service and lipid peroxidation have a certain relationship.
