目的观察足三里穴位注射联合奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法选取2015年4月1日-2017年3月30日在医院接受治疗的粘连性肠梗阻患者90例,将其随机分为穴位注射组、奥曲肽组及联合组,每组30例。在常规治疗的基础上,穴位注射组采取足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗,奥曲肽组采取奥曲肽微量泵静脉注入治疗,联合组采取足三里穴位注射联合奥曲肽治疗,比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组腹痛缓解时间、恢复排气时间、第1天的胃肠减压量均优于穴位注射组和奥曲肽组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率为100.0%明显高于穴位注射组和奥曲肽组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射联合奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻效果显著,能够缓解患者的症状,减少患者的胃肠减压量,减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zusanli acupoint injection combined with octreotide in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Ninety patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction treated in hospital from April 1, 2015 to March 30, 2017 were randomly divided into acupoint injection group, octreotide group and combination group, with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the acupoint injection group was treated with neostigmine at the point of Zusanli acupoint injection, the intravenous injection of octreotide micro-pump was used in the octreotide group, and the injection of Zusanli acupoint combined with octreotide in the combination group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the three groups. Results The pain relief time, exhaust time and gastrointestinal decompression on the first day in the combined group were better than those in the acupoint injection group and the octreotide group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 100.0% in the combined group was significantly higher than the point injection group and octreotide group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Zusanli acupoint injection combined with octreotide is effective in treating adhesive intestinal obstruction. It can relieve the symptoms of patients, reduce the amount of gastrointestinal decompression and relieve the pain of patients, which deserves wide application in clinic.
