本研究通过有氧运动+清脂片(CLT)以及不同剂量CLT干预肥胖,观察对肥胖的影响。方法:用高脂饲料诱发Wistar雌鼠肥胖18周,分组进行不同方式的肥胖干预4周。结果:通过肥胖干预,肥胖鼠体脂和内脏脂肪含量、血清TG、LDL—C浓度和动脉硬化指数(AI)明显下降(P<0.01);HDL-C浓度明显增高(P<0.01)。血清TC水平没有显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:有氧运动和CLT有明显的减轻肥胖程度、改善血脂的作用,并以有氧运动+大剂量CLT对于肥胖的影响较大。
In this study, obese patients were treated with aerobic exercise + CLT and different doses of CLT to observe the effect on obesity. METHODS: Wistar rats were induced to obese for 18 weeks using a high-fat diet and grouped for 4 weeks with different forms of obesity intervention. Results: Through obese intervention, body fat and visceral fat content, serum TG, LDL-C concentration and arteriosclerosis index (AI) of obese mice were significantly decreased (P<0.01); HDL-C concentrations were significantly increased (P<0. 01). There was no significant change in serum TC levels (P>0.05). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise and CLT have significant effects on reducing obesity and improving blood lipids, and aerobic exercise + high-dose CLT have a greater impact on obesity.
