目的 :通过对单味当归、单味川芎及复方当归和川芎在不同工艺条件分别萃取结果的比较 ,考察提取率的变化规律。又对超临界油的溶解度进行了数据关联。方法 :超临界萃取法 ;气相色谱分析法 ;Chrastil方法拟合数据。结果 :复方产物的提取率明显高于单味产物提取率之和。结论 :超临界CO2 萃取中 ,复方产物提取率并不简单等于单味产物提取率按配方的算术加和
Objective : To investigate the variation of extraction rate by comparing the extraction results of single-flavored Angelica sinensis, single-flavored Rhizoma Chuanxiong and compound angelica and Chuanxiong in different process conditions. Again, the data on the solubility of supercritical oils was correlated. Methods : Supercritical extraction method; gas chromatography analysis; Chrastil method fitting data. Results : The extraction rate of the compound product was significantly higher than the sum of the extraction rate of the single flavor product. Conclusion : In supercritical CO2 extraction, the compound product extraction rate is not simply equal to the single-product product extraction rate.
