在行星齿轮减速器中采用了对称双偏心轴。加工此轴因其精度要求高,偏心距偏差不超过0.01mm,两偏心中心平行度误差不超过0.02mm,再加上规格多,数量少,故加工比较麻烦,很难达到所需精度要求。为此,我们设计了如图所示的可调偏心工装,效果很好,达到了加工要求。此工装适合小批量多品种的偏心加工,可适用于车加工,也适用于磨加工,现介绍其结构原理及使用特点。此工装由主轴定位座1直接定位在机床主轴孔内,工件装上开口夹套8后,装入工装,用定位螺钉9固定工件工艺长度上的工艺孔中工件定位,紧固螺钉7锁紧工件。转动偏心座3(偏心座3在偏心定位圈2的偏心孔内旋转),转至所需刻度偏心距e,再用百分表校正其偏心距偏差在0.01mm内,百分表表头校
