全国第三次农业生态学术讨论会于1984年12月13日至18日在四川省新都县召开。讨论会由中国生态学会农业生态专业委员会主办,受到四川省生态学会、四川省土壤学会和新都县委的支持和资助。到会的98位代表分别来自国内有关的研究机构、高等院校及其它单位。 讨论会分为两个阶段,第一阶段讨论了农业生态怎样为国民经济服务,第二阶段讨论了农业生态研究方法。讨论会采用了大会报告与小组讨论交叉进行的方式,并且 The Third National Agricultural Ecology Symposium was held in Xindu County, Sichuan Province from December 13 to December 18, 1984. The symposium was sponsored by the Agricultural Ecology Committee of the Chinese Society of Ecology and supported and sponsored by Sichuan Ecological Society, Sichuan Soil Society and Xindu County Committee.
