随着我国高速铁路的快速发展.近年来高速铁路的建设和运营越来越多。势必对铁路职工队伍素质提出了更高要求。结合上海铁路局高铁技能人员岗前资格性和岗中适应性培训的现状.采用座谈调查的方式。查找高铁电务技能人员培训存在的困难和问题,结合作者本人的工作实践,提出针对性的对策和措施,有助于规范电务技能人员高铁培训组织,提高培训效果,具有较强的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of high-speed railways in our country, more and more high-speed railways have been constructed and operated in recent years. It is bound to put forward higher requirements on the quality of the railway staff and workers. Combined with the status quo of pre-service qualifications and post-training adaptability of HSR technicians in Shanghai Railway Administration, the method of informal interview was adopted. It is helpful to find out the difficulties and problems in the training of HSR technicians and to put forward some countermeasures and measures in combination with the author’s own work practices so as to help standardize the training of HSR trainers and improve the training effects .
