It has become one of the most serious diseases that threaten human life and health in contemporary times. According to the statistics of deaths worldwide each year, cancer deaths account for 12% to 25% of the total deaths. In 1979, the United States alone had 52,000 deaths from colorectal cancer. Cancer deaths in Japan in 1977 were 148.7 per 100,000 women and 108.7 per 100,000 women. Gastric cancer mortality accounts for the first cancer death rate. In recent years, with the change of dietary structure and the widespread use of refrigerators, the incidence of gastric cancer in Japan is declining year by year, but the incidence of colon cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer tends to increase. The types of cancer in different countries in the world are different from each other, especially in the area of distribution is more significant difference. example
