目前一致公认机体受到急性照射后,染色体的畸变可作为观测机体受照剂量的指标,以用于防护和临床实践。为建立本实验室的刻度曲线,用(?)Cor线照射离体人外周血诱发染色体畸变,结果用最小二乘法进行泊松方差和加权回归分析,各项畸变均符合幂函数回归方程y=KD~2,双着丝点畸变符合二次多项式回归方程y=bD+CD~2,其λ值(b/c)与国内外资料相近。
It is now unanimously accepted that after the body is exposed to acute radiation, chromosome aberrations can be used as an indicator of the body dose to be observed for protection and clinical practice. In order to establish the calibration curve of our laboratory, the chromosome aberration was induced by using corona ()) Cor line in vitro. The results were analyzed by least square method with Poisson variance and weighted regression analysis. All the aberrations were in accordance with the power function regression equation y = KD ~ 2, the dicentric point distortion is in accordance with the quadratic polynomial regression equation y = bD + CD ~ 2, and the λ value (b / c) is similar to the data at home and abroad.
