检察机关执法中的利益驱动,不仅损害了当事人的合法权益,而且严重影响了检察机关的权威和形象,损害了法律监督的公正性,从根本上削弱了检察权的权威,得不偿失。对检察机关执法过程中的利益驱动现象进行一番深入分析,不仅有助于厘清现象背后的原因,更重要的是,为检察机关减少和防止为自身利益而执法提供行之有效的解决之道。
The interests driven by law enforcement in procuratorial organs not only undermine the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, but also seriously affect the authority and image of procuratorial organs, undermine the fairness of legal supervision and fundamentally undermine the authority of procuratorial power, which is worth the candle.
