糖尿病、代谢综合征等代谢性疾病患者体内胎球蛋白A(FA)水平显著改变。FA可抑制胰岛素受体自身磷酸化和酪氨酸激酶活性。本文综述FA与代谢性疾病的关联,探讨以调节FA表达水平作为糖尿病等代谢性疾病治疗靶点的临床意义。
Diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and other metabolic diseases in patients with a significant change in the level of fetuin A (FA). FA inhibits insulin receptor autophosphorylation and tyrosine kinase activity. This article reviews the association between FA and metabolic diseases and discusses the clinical significance of regulating the expression of FA as a therapeutic target for metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
